Satlynx verandert binnenkort in GE – Satcom. Naast de nieuwe naam krijgt de onderneming ook een dynamische nieuwe bedrijfsidentiteit en een daarbij passende website. Volgens Ronny Svang, president en CEO van GE - Satcom, is de ontwikkeling van het merk een natuurlijke progressie. “Als Satlynx GE konden we laten zien dat we onderdeel waren geworden van GE, maar voor onze klanten bleef het merk herkenbaar. Inmiddels worden we echt als een onderdeel van GE beschouwd en is het tijd voor de volgende stap."
Satlynx is soon to become GE – Satcom. Along with the name change, the company will have a dynamic new corporate identity and website to match.
“The evolution of our brand is a natural progression” says Ronny Svang, President and CEO of GE - Satcom. “As Satlynx GE we were able to show that we became part of GE but had retained some brand equity with our customers. Now that we are fully identified as a GE company it makes sense to take the next step.”

The new website, www.gesatcom.com, will go live on March 10, 2010 while the new GE – Satcom brand will make its industry tradeshow debut at SATELLITE 2010 from March 15th to 18th at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbour, MD.
