30 April 2012 Antonov plc (the "Company") Issue of equity The Company announces that following a drawdown of 180,000 under the terms of the 18 February 2009 Equity Facility agreement, it has issued 14,704,700 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each. In addition, 3,295,300 ordinary Shares of 1 pence each have been issued as part of an agreement to settle creditor liabilities.
